The Peps processes and ships orders to the address provided at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

Order Processing

Shipping

We ship orders using available delivery services selected at our discretion unless otherwise stated. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Peps is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs issues, or events outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us through the website contact page within a reasonable time after delivery or expected delivery.

We may, at our discretion, assist in filing a carrier claim or reviewing the issue. Resolution may depend on carrier confirmation and the circumstances of the shipment.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final unless an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns of opened, used, handled, or stored products.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
• the wrong item was sent
• the item arrived damaged
• the item arrived defective
• the order could not be fulfilled

We may request photographs or additional information before issuing a decision.

Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:
• incorrect product selection by the customer
• delays caused by shipping carriers
• incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
• dissatisfaction unrelated to damage, defect, or fulfillment error
• misuse, improper handling, or storage after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a refund where appropriate.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested.
